I'm looking for a skipper / crew to crew with on the Bay and up and down the coast for cruising and the occasional casual race. I'm US Sail CPM + CelNav certified, over 5 years experience on the Bay, and a decent navigator - helpful outside the gate. I'm based in the City and can do weekends and sometimes during the week. I'm easy to get along with - no yelling (except when absolutely needed). |

fairly new to the bay area and excited to get out on the water. Have been sailing in New England (Marblehead and Boston Harbor) for the past 4 years and on the Great Lakes before that. Most experience with foredeck (sym and asym chutes) and with jib trim, but am comfortable covering just about any position. Love to race, but also looking forward to getting out for some pleasure cruising around this beautiful bay. |

54 who climbs steps daily, did kayaking and sculling, definitely a water person, strong physically and in many ways. Sailing is freedom and connection with nature. Doing/Sailing is the best way to learn how to sail. |

This year, 2011, I have supassed the 100,000 nm blue water experience level. Verifiable international miles. I am licensed by the USCG with a 100 Ton Master License with sailing and towing endorsements. I am a heavy weather specialist both in terms of driving and rigging the boat for heavy weather. Anchoring is another specialty of mine and often deliver boats with the Owner aboard for coaching. Very easy going and lots of stamina at sea. Have been sailing since 1965 in So Cal but have sailed across both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. In 2011, I have over 16,000 nm at sea. I have raced to Hawaii and Mexico many times, also Captained the race boat home to SoCal. Please call with any questions. 323 855 0191 |

I grew up racing small boats in Michigan, and taught beginners and a coached a racing team for a summer. I've never regularly sailed or raced big boats, but I'd really like to get into it! |

I've owned 2 day sailers, Rhodes 21 and Rhodes 17, one in southern California and one in Micronesia. All sloops or ketches. I've skippered and crewed in bays, lagoons, and off-coast California. I have approx. 6 yrs experience. In my first race as skipper I won the race. |

Hello, My experience ranges somewhere between newb and intermediate experience. I'm retired military (Army), fit and can take orders. I've sailed on schooners and sloops. Primarily in the Bay. Sailing has been a dream of mine and I've maintained a strong interest in learning more and more. In fact, my wife and I spent our honeymoon on a twin masted schooner in Maine. I would also like to include my wife on this hobby as well. She is a veteran and has limited experience as well. Thank-you for any consideration. Wayne |

Hi! I've sailed for 3 years, crewed for evening races, and crewed for several day regattas out of SF, Newport and Boston. I learned to sail in shifty winds and can single-hand 14'-28' boats. As crew, I've been complimented for being very responsive, fast with trimming the jib and spinnaker. I'm new to the Bay Area and looking forward to making new sailing friends! :) |

Looking to get out on the water after a few years of being landlocked. I have extensive blue water and coastal sailing experience on craft ranging from dinghies to large classic yachts. I can fill any position on a boat and am available at short notice for crewing in the Bay Area. |
